My Gentle Hatha Yoga class is just that, a combination of posture and meditation, offering you the opportunity to relax and restore body and mind in a 75 minute class. A chance to join a calm practice space and restore and revitalise before the weekend. At the moment the class is only available on Zoom.
LOCKDOWN LAZY SUNDAY STRETCH
Devised with home schoolers, home office workers and anyone feeling the pressure of lockdown during the week - this 75 minute class aims to offer you the chance to relax, restore and recharge body and mind in the comfort of your own home.
